All Quiet on the Western Front at Oscars 2023
All Quiet on the Western Front is a front-runner for winning the Oscar. If we compare it with serious challenges then Everything at once seems like a big challenge for the movie to overcome. But going by the trends this International Feature film has a solid story and an adapted screenplay.

Hence there is a good chance it can take home awards for adapted screenplay and feature if we count the major titles up for grabs in the Academy Awards nomination lists. But, if it gets lucky it can beat Everything at Once too for best picture but that can be a far stretch too. At present they have 14 BAFTA nominations making the highest nominated film at BAFTA but in Oscars, they have 9.

All Quiet on the Western Front on Netflix
This movie is available for streaming on Netflix. It was released on 28 October 2022. The public has had great things to say. But the most important thing that the movie has received bountiful adulation for is to stay true to the book. We often see many changes in these revised editorially put-together films that do not justify the existence of the film. Rather uses the name for the audience's attention but fails to really market its relevance. With All Quiet on the Western Front, the critics have had very good things to say about this overarching integrity that the maker provided to the audience.

All Quiet on the Western Front Book Review
All Quiet on the Western Front made by Edward Berger is not an original movie. It's a controversial book written by Erich Maria Remarque who was an amazing writer and he reflected on the crude realities of the war. He turned to write the various troubles of war, however at the center lay the German soldiers who were totally cut off from civilian life.
They were desensitized during their teens and early twenties. Within 18 months this book sold 2.5 million copies. It was published by a publisher as well. During the rise of Nazi Germany, all the copies of the books were burned. From the same book, another two movies have come out respectively. A television film was made by Delbert Mann.
Louis Milestone made a similar oscar winning movie back in 1930. qIn 1930 another sequel called Roadback of the book came and was a widely critically successful piece of art.
All Quiet on the Western Front Trailer
Trailers have to be exceptionally cut in such a manner that it entices the public to watch the movie. It does not have to give the entire story but becomes reflective of a story by packing in some influential clips.
All Quiet on the Western Front on IMDB
As stated earlier this movie has received wide applause from critics because it has justified every word of the original text, which has helped the movie to become a mark of prominence among sharp critics. All Quiet on the Western Front got 7.3 stars on IMDB making it quite a year yield but it does not feel like it's the movie that people are waiting for. I think the over-association of the movie to war has worked but as the plot thickens it starts taking credibility bias stances when it tries to morally justify the acts of violence and pain. This movie includes two timelines that simultaneously run together. In the adapted screenplay they tried to parallel the movements taking place on the screen by justifying the violence, they included in the talks of the Armistice. It's one of those situations where you feel lucky that your friend’s father has died and not yours. That’s a very crap-fitting thing to do. This might have irked me a lot and the combinations that occur are often subtle and cannot be easily identified. Apart from that the narrative borrowed from the book is genuine and very nice for the most part.
