Our software offers you a free trial period. We recommend that you only purchase the software after you have tried it and are satisfied with it.

If you are looking for a refund for your software, we have our refund policy. As long as it is within the refundable period of a subscription or a lifetime product, you may contact customer service for a refund.

  • Monthly Subscription: $19.9/Month (Individual), 7-Day Refund Policy applied.
  • Monthly Subscription: $35.9/Month (Family Plan), 7-Day Refund Policy applied.
  • Annual Subscription: $59.9/Month (Individual), 7-Day Refund Policy applied.
  • Annual Subscription: $99.9/Month (Family Plan), 7-Day Refund Policy applied.
  • Lifetime: $149.9 (Individual), 14-Day Refund Policy applied.
  • Lifetime: $219.9 (Individual), 14-Day Refund Policy applied.

However, if the subscription period exceeds 7 days, and the lifetime purchase period exceeds 14 days, we can only cancel your subscription instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

MyConverters offers a subscription plan on a monthly or yearly basis, so if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel or pause the subscription plan at any time. The cost of that month would be deducted. However, from the next month, we won't charge the subscription fee.
